Boundaries can be tricky, and complex, so go easy, and start with some of the easier ones.
Remember that we’re working from the principle of “Shine a light on what you want to see more of”.
Reconnect with the ‘good’ example we explored in this earlier post, and keep collecting ‘good’ examples as you experience them. It’s a great way to build up your boundary toolkit. Remember you can circle back and use the worksheet from that post whenever you like.
